distraction.

I'm procrastinating. I have a huge pile of clothes on my bed, so I'm forced to put them away before I go to bed. Which I really want to do but now can't because of all the clothes in my way. And instead of logically just putting them away, I'm avoiding it. Woot. There was actual reason for this...

I didn't get to go blog crazy with an excessive amount of movie tales. You may have noticed. Anyway, story is, I went to pick up munchkin from his friend's place; he gets in the car, and I see his finger covered in tissues and sticky tape. Turns out he was making pizza, was cutting salami, the knife slipped and then he wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 mins. They taped him up, he ate pizza, played video games and decided it wasn't a problem. It was still sort of bleeding 3hrs after he cut it, but in fear of freaking out Mother Dearest he didn't want to say anything. After convincing him otherwise, Mother Dearest played nurse, used her uncanny ability to guilt trip and then suddenly we're on the way to the hospital because it's still bleeding.

Hornsby hospital is kind of pretty. Papa was ridiculously embarrassing. He couldn't remember Munchkin's birthday, told the doctor how to do her job and said people don't cut themselves on purpose. This is all after my first 6 hr shift of working. Fun times. So, in the end, Munchkin got liquid skin scab stuff thing and steri strips. And probably another gnarly scar. Bitch.

And after all that I've lost my list of movies. There were only 5, I can just remember them hopefully, then write about them after I've dealt with this pile of clothes.

70). Watch All of Supernatural

After some intense *cough wikipedia cough* research I have discovered that there are 5 seasons of Supernatural, with a 6th on the way. I have seasons 1-4 to watch, which I have borrowed from A. A is becoming my library. It is appreciated. Muchly. Anyhoo, my plan to watch all of Supernatural is well on the way. I've watched the first season. It was fun. They depend too much on suspense though, and I find suspense boring. Munchkin decided to borrow them but is watching them too fast. He doesn't have uni assignments as a distraction. What took me a week or two took him two days. So now he's ahead. GRR FACE. That's about all I've got to tell you.

It's T's birthday tomorrow :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

oh yeah...

I didn't pierce my nose. I had ice and rings and pins and tissues. But the ice just made my nose run, the ring wouldn't go through, the pin got half way through and then I got that ridiculous itchy nose syndrome thing where I can no longer function. YEAH. So no metal in my nose. I also thought it was quite funny that a) Munchkin told Mother Dearest I was intending on doing it and b) that she got thingy about it. Oh sure get a tattoo that is so goddamn permanent, but don't you dare put a hole through your nose for one night. Well, more of a 'if that get's infected...'. Thanks Mum. Hadn't thought of that. *cough cough*. Yep, just in case you were wondering. k.

Was it a dream?

DREAMS FOR MARCH FOR 92). :

1). I was in a fancy shower where I could float. It was like no gravity but the water still fell. The guy who invented it was really happy. My oldest friend was having an engagement party but couldn't work out where to put everyone's shoes so she was running around with a bright green pair of knee high boots.

>> I think floating would be UH-MAZING. And I can quite easily see her having a freak out at her own engagement party. She's not engaged though. Not as far as I know, anyway.

2). I was on a family picnic in a giant park with loads of bike tracks. Papa got really cranky and stormed off to a maintenance shed and we all followed. He somehow pinned Munchkin down and put three huge holes in his chest with a power drill. I took Munchkin away, called T and got him to drive us. Munchkin wasn't bleeding much so I was worried about his teeth. I took him to a dentist because I knew he would have ground his teeth. The dentist said he wouldn't be able to tell how bad it was for another 3 days. I got mad, and then took him to the hospital.

>> I would honestly do anything for Munchkin. And I think I was cranky at Papa at the time. And it's good to know that T is super reliable in my subconscious.

3). I was on an adventure island with rides and camping and was trying to leave. There was a boat but it wouldn't come any closer to land. A bunch of people jumped in and started swimming to it. One of the guys, still on land, was playing with a shark. Everyone was telling me to jump but I was going to anyway. Then I realised my ticket would get wet, so I didn't. We decided to stay on the island in the cabins, but we rode around in mini jeeps and got really drunk and partied before that. A disappeared and no one could find her. B kept yelling at me to not sleep with H. There was a giant alarm clock with arms, that was going to slap me if I didn't wake up.

>> Ermmm... I want to go swimming? yeah. That's what it means. And, the alarm clock is my hatred of waking up.

4). I was visiting someone at their uni and they took me to a science lab. In the lab, we had a magik school bus moment and went inside a dead guy. In the lungs, there was a sick strong man, everytime he tried to lift the weights they went hollow. Then we visited Q, who was really upset. He put on some other guy's clothes, got really happy and started my course at uni.

>> Who hasn't wanted a magik school bus moment? it was freaking awesome. And the strong man in the lungs is... trouble breathing coz it's too easy? that made sense in my mind. And sorry, Q. Your letter does not relate to your name in the slightest.

So not many this month because being forced to wake up at 6.30 is torturous and un-dream-friendly. So maybe this month will be more, I have mini holidays. Which I'm excited for. And sorry the explanations are crap. I really have no idea. I should start looking them up.

learning from mistakes

I've learn alot these last couple of days, a) things like getting a passport are a lot more expensive than you'd expect, or maybe just what I'd expect. Either way, passports are expensive!! b) I realised that I'm going to spend all my available money on this list. c) 1001 days seems like a really long time, but really it's not.

ok, in consecutive order, otherwise I'll lose track:

I learnt that in Centennial Park there are night time movies all the time. So I can complete 3). whenever there's a good movie on, it's good weather, and I can gather some friends together.
http://www.moonlight.com.au/docs/ProgramSydney.pdf = list of movies and dates for the near future.

Munchkin is going to a horror movie marathon at his girlfriend's house with some friends. I am so keen on crashing it. I would scare his friends though. No one is really used to me laughing at blood and guts and murder. But somehow I'll complete 15). without crashing my brother's fun. Unless I get desperate towards the end... XP

I went swimming! It was amazing. I went on a day trip to Bondi with C, R and N. It was mad fun. For a while there, in the water, we were the furthest out and the waves were barely there and it was perfect. The water was freezing though. And despite multiple layers of sunscreen I managed to get get badly burnt on my face and back. So yay for one down for 26).

While we were in Bondi I wanted to complete one of 32). but it just didn't work out that way. I wrote the letter and everything. I'm planning to go to the library tomorrow so I can borrow some of the books Rach recommended and slip in the letter. If I can find Stargirl it'll be in that book. Otherwise, Omega. I think if I go with my 5 favourite books I'll connect with someone like-minded, which would be cool.

I learnt that I named 38). wrong. I feel really stupid about it actually. The seven degrees of separation theory is actually called the six degrees of separation theory. It's all based on social networking and how 'small' the world is these days; how between you and anyone in the world there is 6 people.

I think I've picked my actor for 65). I just watched The Hangover and realised how much I love Bradley Cooper. I could happily watch him in multiple movies. The funny thing is I think mother dearest would be more than happy to watch with me =]

On a completly unrelated note: Appreciate what you have. Two people close to me are in the middle of life-changing events and those are just the ones I know about. So, appreciate the people and things in your life because you never know how or when it could change.
